Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, IP address, device, household, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. Where dbx77 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

dbx77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section, including losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your negligence in protecting your credentials.
dbx77 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may be subject to additional verification procedures consistent with anti-money laundering requirements under Philippine law.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your dbx77 Account balance in under thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to thirty (30) minutes during standard banking hours. dbx77 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, your bank, or intermediary networks.
All player deposits are held separately from dbx77's operating funds. You may not use your dbx77 Account balance for any purpose other than placing wagers and paying applicable fees on the dbx77 Platform. Deposited funds do not earn interest.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your dbx77 Account originate from legitimate sources and are lawfully yours to use. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment credentials belonging to another individual without their explicit, verifiable consent, is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of funds.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your dbx77 Account, you must have completed KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued Philippine photo ID and a live selfie. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held pending completion of this process.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya from fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during standard banking hours. VIP Gold and Platinum tier members receive priority processing. dbx77 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing times beyond these estimates.
Funds derived from bonus activity may only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion only; any Real Money Funds balance will remain intact and available for withdrawal.
For anti-money laundering compliance, dbx77 requires that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. If your original deposit method does not support withdrawals, dbx77 may require alternative documentation before processing to a different method.
dbx77 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank, GCash, or Maya) may apply their own transaction fees or limits, which are beyond dbx77's control.

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the dbx77 Platform use certified RNG technology provided by licensed third-party game studios. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers in certified studios. dbx77 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, dbx77 will investigate the incident and apply the most accurate and fair outcome determinable from available logs. dbx77's determination of the correct outcome in such cases is final. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous credit to your Account, dbx77 reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount.
dbx77 reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or wager where there is credible evidence of technical error, software fault, fraudulent activity, or data corruption. In such cases, any wager affected will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.

During a suspension period, access to the Account, its balance, and all Platform features will be restricted. dbx77 will investigate the circumstances giving rise to the suspension and communicate its findings and any further action to the Account holder via the registered contact information.
You may request the voluntary closure of your dbx77 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following Account closure confirmation and completion of any pending verification requirements.
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, including fraud, collusion, or prohibited activities, dbx77 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including Real Money Funds, in proportion to the nature and extent of the breach. dbx77 will document such decisions and retain records in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
All content on the dbx77 Platform — including but not limited to the dbx77 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dbx77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, network interruptions, and events beyond dbx77's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. dbx77 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance.
dbx77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to dbx77's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
dbx77 collects personal data including but not limited to: name, mobile number, date of birth, government ID details, device and IP information, transaction history, and gaming activity data. This information is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the dbx77 Platform, you agree to first contact dbx77 customer support to seek an informal resolution. dbx77 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism established by PAGCOR for online gaming disputes, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Player Right: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law. If you believe dbx77 has acted in a manner inconsistent with PAGCOR regulations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through their official channels.
dbx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dbx77 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.
